What would a normal treatment involve?
| Naturopathy | Reflexology | |
| An initial consultation is an hour and involves taking a comprehensive health history focusing on your main concerns, this may include relevant testing, such as live blood analysis, mineral testing, urine analysis, iridology, tongue and nail analysis.
We will discuss both short and long term treatment to relieve your symptoms, as well as treat the underlying cause for your condition. Treatment protocols involve the use of therapeutic herbs, nutrient formulations, dietary adjustments and lifestyle recommendations. Depending on your individual health needs additional tests may be required and will also be discussed. Follow up visits are aimed at assessing your progress and adapting treatment strategies to best suit changes to your condition and overall health, as well as providing further education for you to maintain optimal health long term. |
During your initial treatment we will discuss what you are looking to gain from reflexology and how reflexology can assist you, followed by a gentle but specific foot massage that focuses on improving wellbeing by stimulating reflex points on the feet that relate to different organs in the body to improve blood and nerve supply to the specific areas. In addition you will receive complete pampering and relaxation! Follow up consultations take into account any changes that may have occurred since previous sessions and are adapted accordingly to help reestablish balance and wellness. |
No set number of sessions are required, frequency and duration is entirely dependent on the seriousness of the condition, how many factors are contributing and how long it has been there. Once you are in a state of balance we will then work together on a maintenance program.
